Phsical ability there's no doubt that Goku would destroy Naruto . Goku has been seen to move at incredible speeds , catch and fight characters that time skip , evade attacks without effort . Personally I feel Goku would win the physical challenge .

there's no doubt Goku has more energy power than Naruto . After all we all know the point of dragon ball is energy with the screaming and the yelling all to obtain absolute power this round goes to Goku again .
Intelligence - when it comes to intelligence Goku isn't really the brightest in the group . He's more of a hit first kinda guy but Naruto is totally different . There are a lot of villains in the Naruto universe way more powerful than he is , so he basically had to think of a plan .
