why naruto is not namikaze

Naruto's final Uzumaki's name is derived from his mother's name. I'm sure you already know Naruto's father is Minato Namikaze, one of the four Hokaze. Many people died in a nine tail attack on the day Naruto was born and became Jinchuriki, the nine tail, and when the shinobi protects his parents and the other ninja. The third Hokage wanted the villager to know very little about the occurrence because it had also been ruled that the incidence was forbidden and that no one should tell Naruto that he had the nine tails inside him.

The third Hokage informed Naruto nothing about its parents other than that they died to protect the village from the 9 tail invasion. The third Hokage decided it was best for Naruto and no one else to know that the four Hokage were his father; if anybody found out, the life of another smart Naruto would be jeopardized. There would also be a riot or some kind of unrest, or something that would upset the quiet in the village of the hidden leaf.

His surname derives from Uzumaki, as well as from his mother Kushina, who hails from an Edijs clan like Uchiha. There are a few survivors scattered over the world, living in or hiding in another town or nation. The Uzumaki is also the surname, and there are only a few extinct survivors. The incident with the Nine Tails is mentioned in the first Naruto season. They explain the decree and how it is banned to mention the occurrence with the nine tails, and how no one can tell Naruto that he has the nine tails inside of him.

When we first meet the four Hokage, it informs us why or what it believes to be real because the third Hokage didn't teach Naruto anything. The Uzumaki clan will teach you about his mother and their clan, as well as the 9 tails that will appear later in Naruro Shippuden. The reason behind this will be revealed in Naruto Shippuden. The boy was given the name Uzumaki by the Third Hokage to disguise his relationship with Minato Namikaze, who had many enemies, notably in the Iwagakure. This made perfect sense if Naruto's mother was a nobody. His mother, on the other hand, was a well-known and powerful kunoichi, Jinchuuriki, and member of a well-known and powerful clan.
Hiruzen Sarutobi's decision had never been clever before. The name was altered by Hiruzen, the Third Hokage. He believed Naruto was being pursued, for example, by Kumo and Iwa, opponents of Minato Namikaze. They even change Naruto's name because everyone except Jiraiya, Hiruzen, Biwako's wife, and Tsunade is unaware of Kushina Uzumaki and Namiksa's marriage.

Because no one knew Naruto was a youngster at the time, the connections between the Kushina Uzumaki and Naruto were never established. Naruto lacked the clan's tradition and red cap, prompting many to believe he came from a less orphaned clan, which suited Hiruzen.

The Uzumaki clans have been exterminated. That, however, happened long before Naruto was born. With the exception of Hidden Leaf, other villages feared the clan's sealing jutsu during the third ninja war (they could seal a monster with make just a few hand signs). As a result, the community was engulfed in flames, and everyone was slain. (There is no ambiguity! How were certain people surviving, like Nagato's parents, Karin's parents, and Kushina Uzumaki's parents? Uzushio-gakure no sato was the name of the Uzumaki clan's town. It's the 247th episode, so keep an eye out for it. It is the 247th time.
